Welcome to the Highlands at Stonegate North COA, Inc., a group of 446 individually owned Condominiums (upon completion of Construction) located in Parker, CO, Douglas County, 80134. There will be 64 brilliantly colored buildings in the Community that are being built in three phases. Neighborhood "A" was built in 2004-2005 on Amison Circle, Neighborhood "C" was built in 2005-2006 on Pearl Circle and Neighborhood "B" was built in 2006-2007 on Ashbury Circle.
