The Highlands at Stongegate Condominiums are managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" vary from $103.00 to $248.00 per home, per month depending on the style of the unit and whether or not a one or two car detached garage is owned. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month, when a $15.00 late fee is assessed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. The parking policy is detailed in the Association's newsletters. Spaces marked as GUEST, are for guests/visitors only, no resident parking in guest spaces is permitted. Board Meetings are not being held at this time as the Declarant still controls the Association. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
